Dedicated Client Care Specialist (CCS)
Our CCS team has one major objective and focus….to bring peace of mind to our affiliates and their clients throughout the settlement process. Each CCS team member has been professionally and specifically trained to service clients that have been enrolled into a Debt Settlement program. They understand that there will be moments of confusion and concern and even times of great frustration by clients about their debt and current financial circumstances. Our CCS team is highly skilled at working first hand with each client by educating and encouraging them to stay on course and to successfully complete the program.
Monthly File Review Calls
DSA's objective in engaging in monthly communication with the client is to be "PROactive", not "REactive". DSA believes that clients who are frequently touched from a proactive CCS are much more likely to stay on track and not get behind in savings and less likely to fall out of the program. Frequent communication is the key to staying ahead of difficulties and it provides opportunities to address any important changes the client recently experienced.
Welcome Call and Program Information Packet
These two very important tools work together as warm and friendly reminders about how the program works. We take great care with each new enrolled client to make sure they start off on a good foundation and have a realistic set of expectations. For the client, this is a very big decision and a huge first step in the right direction but each client will need some reassurance and reinforcement about the debt settlement process.
On-Going Education and Information
Understanding the traps of consumer debt and then learning about the tools that are available today will help each client feel empowered during a time when they feel helpless. Although going through the debt settlement process can be challenging, a properly educated and informed client can face these challenges successfully. And the reward can be great. Having a vision for the future that is free from debt isn't just a dream; it's a reality for those who complete the program.
Legal Accounts Specialist
We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice to your clients but we do have an employee designated strictly to handle and negotiate accounts that involve lawsuits. Her experience with lawsuit accounts allows her to better handle the special needs demanded by the legal process.
Global Client Solutions (GCS)
Your CCS will work with your clients to get their settlement savings account set up with Global. They will walk them through the benefits of using a Global Special Purpose Account (SPA) over their normal or other local bank. The set up is simple and the client has 24/7 access to all available funds, deposits and transaction information on their account.
