Professional Settlement Services (PSS)

Enrollment Contracts

DSA provides each affiliate company with a template contract for the purpose of enrolling new clients into a settlement program. Our contract format is designed to be clear and concise in regards to the terms of the agreement, and it protects the company by making disclosures and conveying the client's obligations.

File Underwriting

Our Underwriting department poses the industry knowledge and experience to thoroughly review each file based on TASC standards prior to approving it to be processed and assigned to the Client Care Department.

Quality Assurance Board

This board is made up of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experience in the debt settlement industry. Each currently holds a position as a company director, department manager, or executive or at large board member of TASC. Their mission is to be an advisory voice for refining policies and procedures that will enhance the client experience and impact the overall outcome of each client enrolled in the program.

TASC Compliance Board

All affiliates are required to be or become a member of the TASC organization. They also must agree to adhere to DSA's guidelines and policies of operation for consulting and enrolling clients into a debt settlement program.

Detailed Reporting Services (DRS)

These documents provide each affiliate with the necessary information to track transactions and determine realization rates for all of your clients being serviced by DSA. Having these statistics at your fingertips gives you the tools to monitor DSA's performance and ensure that your clients are keeping on track with their goal and objective of completing the program.
